Are you concerned about the time commitment required of customer references? 
It is our goal to protect your time and respect your availability for reference program activities. Our Program managers will always take the lead in ensuring only the proper requests reach you for consideration.

Will you be giving away your competitive advantage? 
Hitachi Data Systems works hard to provide you with opportunities that allow you to showcase your solution to a problem without worrying that you are disclosing confidential information. Any of our current references will verify that they have never been compromised by participating in the program.

Will you get inundated with requests to talk to people? 
We consider reference calls to be a small part of our program. We work hard with our sales teams to use published customer information as much as possible in the sales cycle. Any request for reference calls are well-qualified and kept to a minimum. In addition, we offer an audio-reference capability where we record your responses to standard reference questions. This one-time activity and interview is then made available by invitation to a qualified prospect to hear you talk about your experiences with Hitachi Data Systems.

Will you have full approval on reference opportunities? 
This is our basic promise to you: We will always work with you to ensure that you have full visibility into and approval on any reference opportunities. We will share nothing with others unless we have your prior approval. For example, we will always ask for your permission if we want to use an existing quote from you that appeared in a success story for another printed piece.
